Green Day's "At the Library" listed in "The 10 Most Romantic Punk Songs"

PolicyMic.com has put together a list of the 10 most romantic punk songs of all time. Green Day's "At the Library," off of 1990's 39/Smooth and 1991's 1039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours, makes the list at number nine.
