Andres has been working on GDA since May of 2004. He joined as a news editor, then soon began working with Courtney to get a new
media section (which allowed video/audio downloads) on the site. Later that year he took part ownership in the site and continued working on new sections.
In mid-2005, as Courtney's responbilities to her "real job" required more of her time, Andres took over as administrator for the site. Since then he has worked
with the entire team to keep this place alive. He's currently in charge of a lot of the day to day maintenence that goes on here. He handles the technical stuff such as updating sections, gathering news,
working on the forum, answering emails, managing the servers and also manages the buisness end of the site (paying bills).
Mini Bio
In 2004 Andres started attending New Mexico State Univeristy in Las Cruces, New Mexico, USA. He will be graduating in 2008 with a degree in Computer Technology/Website Administration.
Aside from GDA, he has worked on and built a few sites, but doesn't plan on making graphic design a career. Right now he works part time at a computer lab on campus, with the rest of his time going to school and working on GDA.
He's been listening to Green Day since 2001, Minority being the first song he heard (and still his top Green Day song). It didn't take long after that for him to go around getting all of Green Day CD's and eventually finding GDA
to learn about his new obsession. He's been playing the piano for nearly 10 years (though he's gotten rusty over last 3 since he doesn't play often) and playing bass for almost 6 years.
