Formed in February 2004, Black Mother Cap kicked off our life as a band with Victory in a local battle of the bands competition, scoring 100% from all 4 judges during our first heat. Influenced mainly by bands like The Wildhearts, the Foo Fighters and Green Day, we play a varied mix of punk rock music, moving from poppy melodies and close harmonies, to fast dark melodic punk rock. Later this year (if all goes according to plan) we want to do a mini tour of the UK.

The Frantic is a rock 'n roll band from Trenton, NJ. Formed towards the end of 2003, the band started as an energetic garage/punk band but has since evolved into something more unique. They have been compared to legendary bands like the Jesus and Mary Chain, the Stooges and the Clash, as well as modern bands like the Hives and B.R.M.C. Although the band draws its inspiration from styles of the past like garage, new wave, punk, and early British Invasion bands, they fuse it all together to put out a driving sound, brimming with an urgency that is all their own.
