For those of you that don't know what a news feed is, we'll go over a quick
FAQ.
News feeds are used by sites and blogs that are updated frequently as a way for
their visitors to keep track of the updates. Most places that have feeds
available usually have the feed icon (shown above) that'll notify you of a feed.
Here at GDA we post updates relatively frequently, and we have our feed
available to people who would like to use it to keep track of our updates.
If you use a modern broswer like Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 3, they have built in feed readers. You can add
a feed directly in your browser by clicking this link and following the directions at the top of the page.
Another option (and my personal
favorite) is
Google Reader. It allows you to keep track of all the feeds you want to
online. That way if you travel to work, school or elsewhere, you can check your
feeds online. Visit the
Google
Reader page to sign up and begin using it (it's 100% free).
