The Kerrang Readers Poll 2009 results are in, and Green Day won "Best Live Act", as well as placing high in other categories. Here are the results:

Best Thing About 2009 - Placed #4
Best Video - Placed #2 for "21 Guns"
Best Band - Placed #3
Hero Of The Year - Placed #2 for Billie Joe
Best Track - Placed #2 for "Know Your Enemy"
There are also two new show reviews up, from the Brisbane Entertainment Centre show and the Adelaide Entertainment Centre show, respectively. Both had plenty of complimentary things to say, such as:
'Punk rockers Green Day swept on to stage amid flames last night, delivering a religious experience that included a genuine rock'n'roll baptism of fire. The veteran band, which seems incapable of growing old, were full of boundless exuberance for the two-hour show at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, which took their fans on a journey through their long career.'
