Green Day cancels appearance at Voodoo Fest
Green Day has unfortunately had to cancel its appearance at Voodoo Fest Experience in New Orleans where they were scheduled to perform October 27th.

Tre Cool is quoted in a press release, which was posted on the festivals Facebook page, saying
"Canceling shows is something we rarely do. We never want to let our fans down, and we are grateful for all of you being understanding during this time."

With this cancellation, Green Day's next scheduled appearance is at the end of November with the start of their US tour. This news follows the bands decision to cancel promotion for ¡Uno! at the end of last month (including a show in San Francisco) as Billie sought treatment for substance abuse.
