After Green Day announced their postponed tour dates for March and April, originally scheduled for January in February, at the end of December one question that continually has come up is if Best Coast will still be the opening act for Green Day on this tour.

Earlier in the week, the Brooklyn Vegan answered the question by confirming that the California surf pop band will still open for Green Day on their postponed tour dates.

In the past, Billie Joe has mentioned the band as one of his favorites that he's been listening to.
