Billie Joe performing at the Summersonic Festival
Last summer, before ¡Uno! ¡Dos! and ¡Tre! were released Green Day went on a short world tour to promote their upcoming releases with one of their shows being at the Summersonic Festival in Japan.

This week's Download of the Week is the 2012 Summersonic Festival EP. The EP contains five professionally recorded tracks, "Let Yourself Go," "Stay The Night," "Oh Love," "Basketcase," and "99 Revolutions" from the Summersonic festival. The songs were originally aired on television and the audio was ripped from those recordings and have been converted into iTunes mp4 files.

Four of the five songs on the EP are new songs released on the trilogy meaning that these were the first time the songs were professionally recorded live.
