After putting Green Day's 1994 BBC Sessions as last week's Download of the Week we got numerous emails requesting the 1996 BBC Sessions as this week's download.

Recorded on November 3, 1996, Green Day stopped by BBC Radio's studio in London to record a "BBC Session" in promotion of their second major label album, Insomniac. The band played five songs during their session, "Brain Stew," "Jaded," "Walking Contradiction," "Stuck With Me," and "Geek Stink Breath." These files are high quality mp3 files just like last week's download. Together the five mp3s come in at just over 10mb.
