The best night ever was the Green Day concert. Once the show got started, everyone was jumping around and singing and pitting and Billie Joe was pumping the croud up. The set included: American Idiot Jesus of Suburbia Holiday We Are the Waiting St. Jimmy BasketCase Hitchin' a Ride All By Myself Longview Maria Jaded She Brainstew Wake Me Up When September Ends King for a Day turning into Shout turining into Stand By Me turning back into Shout Knowledge Minority (The set included a couple songs from 1039/Smooth, but I forget which ones.) The Encore was: Boulevard of Broken Dreams We Are the Champions Good Riddance Some of the more memorable events included: -The drunk pink bunny came on stage before the show and danced to the YMCA -Billie Joe pretended to mastrabate on stage. -They had a mid-show spraying the crowd with water where one lucky fan got to go up and do the spraying -They all wore cool/funny hats during King For A Day -They pulled three people up from the crowd to play Knowledge. They guitar player they pulled up was like a 5 year old with a mohawk...but he didn't really know what to do, so then they pulled up this dude who wasn't that good, but the 5 year old was the one that got to keep the guitar. (OMG, that little boy was sooo cute with his mohawk!) -The drummer they pulled up on stage got to do a stage dive -Billie said at the beginning of Holiday: "This song isn't anti-America, it's anit-waaaaaaaaar" When introducing the band Billie said: "My name is Arnold Schwartzenager." (Insert boos from the crowd here) "Ok, my name is George W. Bush" (Insert boos from the crowd here) "Ok, my friends call me Asshole" (Insert applause from the crowd here) -There was loooooooots of audience participation. IE, this side cheer, now the other side, and back to this side, etc. -Pyrotechincs were plentiful. -Before the encore, the screen came up and it said Green then Day and everybody was shouting along with the rhythm of the screen cheering for them to come back on. -They played on amazing and emotional cover of We Are the Champions. -At the beginning of the encore they turned off the lights and everybody raised their lighters or cell phones. Like I said, best night ever!
