The 1994 Woodstock Festival was one of Green Day's landmark performances. It put Green Day on the map in the entertainment world, largely due to the antics they displayed in their performance. One of my history teachers told me that he actually was at Woodstock '94, and just how insane it was to be a part of that crowd. Lucky bastard...
