[caption=¡Tré!]062912_tre.jpg[/caption]As the current single from ¡TRÉ!, "X-Kid," is falling down dramatically in both radio spins and chart positioning, we can only hope there is another single on the horizon from Green Day. Personally, I don't want to see the trilogy era come to an end, especially since it didn't really start in the first place (commercially, at least).

If there happened to be another single, what song would that be? The obvious choice has to be "99 Revolutions," as it is the title of the band's current tour, is the tour's opening track, has that "typical" Green Day style that radio likes, and was listed on the sticker that came on the ¡TRÉ! CD. Also on that sticker was "8th Avenue Serenade," which I wouldn't mind seeing as a single either, though it doesn't quite have the punch that "99 Revolutions" has.
