Green Day has been nominated for three awards in the MTV European Music Awards.

The band have been nominated for three awards - Best live band, best rock band, and best world stage (for Rock Am Ring).

You can head over to MTVEMA.com vote though it appears there's a few glitches and you can't vote for best world stage, hopefully this will be fixed up soon. In the mean time you can watch Green Day's EMA performance's from 2009 and the main page.
