[pic=Green Day performing in Perth]030314_greendsydney.jpg[/pic]Just moments ago Green Day finished up their 6 show tour in Australia with Soundwave. After starting their tour in Sydney with a secret gig just over a week ago, the band finished off their tour in Perth.

The tour brought us a few memorable moments including Billie performing a solo acoustic version of "Put My Little Shoes Away" from Foreverly, as well as a one off performance of "Nuclear Family"

After this tour we know they're heading back to America to play a few Foxboro Hot Tub shows in Texas. After that Green Day will be releasing a demo album for Record Store Day titled Demolicious, but we don't expect much promotion from the band for that project.

As for what comes after Demolicious, we're not sure. As far as we know they are going on a break, but knowing Green Day, they could just as easily decide to play some more shows. Until then we'll just sit around impatiently waiting for their next big thing.

Billie announced during the show that this was indeed the last show of the 99 Revolutions, ending the Trilogy era.
