We typically don't like to feed the rumor mill but we'll go ahead and throw this one out there...
This afternoon, Billie Joe took to Instagram to post a photo of himself with a vocal microphone and a pop filter. The purpose? Recording vocals.
Is he letting us know Green Day are in the studio to record their follow up to the trilogy from 2012? We of course don't know but the timing falls in line with the January recording time-frame we've heard.
