Side Project
The Chin Chins
The Chin Chins are a band fronted by Sara Rose Wright, Tré Cool on drums, Buzz Campbell on guitar, and Eriberto Montoya on upright bass. Tré has been behind the drums since the band’s debut show at Alex’s Bar in Long Beach in May 2026 and also joined them at BottleRock later that month. What initially looked like a side project with a few one-off appearances now seems to be developing into something more regular, with The Chin Chins opening the first eight dates of the Stray Cats’ fall 2026 tour.
