Tre has an account on Facebook for his drums, which he advertised in Drummer Magazine (facebook.com/trecoolsdrums), but no other members have personal accounts anywhere else on web. The only place we've seen members post occasionally is on twitter.com/greenday. If you come across accounts on the web claiming to be members of Green Day, don't believe them. There are tons of fakes out there.

Yes, they are aware of 15 year old technology. They don't go around places saying "Hi, I'm a member of Green Day", but I'm sure they know how to find porn like the rest of the world.

Billie Joe mentioned in an 1995 interview with Advocate magazine "I think I’ve always been bisexua" (full article). The whole band has good humor about sexuality, so they do joke around about it a lot, but whether or not they're actually bi, who knows. At this point, they all have kids and are (or have been) married - so it doesn't really matter.

Billie Joe, Mike, and original drummer John Kiffmeyer (Al Sobrante) formed Sweet Children 1987. They later changed their name to Green Day and Tre joined the band between the release of 1039/Smooth and Kerplunk. Full band biography
