They kicked in with American Idiot, I knew this was going to be something special at that moment. I'm sure this is nothing like any other Broadway show, I was in a world of my own watching this, not to mention how close we were, my focus was just trying to take in everything. Being a performer myself and having been on many stages in my life I like to pay a lot of attention on how they make the show happen and look at every little detail. There was no detail to small left out in this. While I was still trying to put my brains back in my head they went into one of my favorite new Green Day songs, Jesus of Suburbia. I'm The Son Of Rage And Love! How true is that? I remember how I felt when I heard this song for the first time and saw the video they made for it and thought, I wish they would make a movie of this album, but they did one better and turned it into a full fledged musical..
