My job is to oversee the efficient running of a tour, and staying within the tour budget’s means.

I mentally review each tour hundreds of times before we do our first show. I also try to imagine the big picture from as many perspectives as possible. This helps me get a better idea for everyone’s responsibilities. Sometimes we go with a contingency plan if it makes more sense for the sanity of a crew.
