[pic=Record Store Day]022314_RecordStoreDayLogo.jpg[/pic]According to several sources, Green Day will be releasing a two-disc album titled "Demolicious" for Record Store Day 2014.

Judging by the title of the album, we assume it will be a collection of demos and possibly unreleased material the band has recorded throughout their career.

Record Store Day, an annual international celebration of local record shops, is this coming April 19th.

Green Day has supported Record Store Day in the past by releasing their version of Hüsker Dü's "Don't Wanna Know If You Are Lonely" on limited edition vinyl back in 2011.

The news of "Demolicious" has been posted by popular blog Wax Poetic, Hungarian music store Magneoton, Focus Music Shop, and Neon Music.

As more information is learned, we will be sure to post about it.

Edit: This news is now confirmed, 18 tracks are being released. More info here.
