  • Green Day on Twitter: "London, unfortunately tonight's show has been canceled due to an unexpected illness. We're truly bummed about this and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Ticket refunds will be processed automatically next week. We'll see you back again on The Saviors Tour if not sooner."
  • Bill Schneider on GDC: "Greetings, don't know what to say. Take a deep breath. Shit happens! Three of the six band members are sick and can't play. Cancelling is not something we take lightly. The guys love playing these small shows. I'm not willing to share individuals medical situations but everyone is going to be fine in a few days. It's just the world we live in now... with all our travel and fan interaction we get exposed to everything. Some times it gets the better of us and we get sick. It's that simple. Love, Bill."
  • Tre came to the doors to wave to fans about 30 minutes before the cancellation was announced.
  • Fans entered a lottery to get tickets.

Definitely assuming COVID since Bill said, "it's the world we live in now." Hopefully everybody is healing and hopefully people who were able to attend the pub show are feeling healthy as well.

No way???? Why are they cancelling everything now ?
Can’t sell tickets if the singer’s still sick I just hope they’re able to do the Grey Cup. Makes the most sense to focus all their energies on that now over club shows

I was keeping track to see if there was a Toronto show happening coz of the grey cup. If there was such a show I would have definitely considered travelling there if I was able to get tickets. oh well…the importance is they feel well and here’s hoping to some more nice surprise shows from the band.
