[newsImage]101810_ai-single.jpg[/newsImage]In the latest issue of Total Guitar Magazine, there is a countdown of the 50 greatest guitar riffs of the last decade (2000-2009). Green Day's song "American Idiot" comes in at number 37 on the list.

The top riffs were chosen by the readers of the magazine so its nice to know that people out there give some respect to Green Day in a rock magazine.

We have not been able to find any scans of the magazine but it can be bought now. It is a UK magazine so we aren't sure whether or not it can be purchased anywhere in the US.
