[img=030112_kerrang-1.jpg]Happy March 1st Green Day fans. Hope all of you are doing well after that weird leap day yesterday. I may or may not have committed a serious crime since everyone knows it doesn't stay on your record during a leap day.

Green Day are in the newest issue of Kerrang Magazine where they talk about the band going back to the studio. No new information - just reporting the news broken by Billie Joe last month on Twitter.

They also suggest the new album "could sound like Dookie" suggesting the songs we've heard so far during Green Day's surprise live shows are 'rumored to be' a step away from the rock opera sounds from 21st Century Breakdown or American Idiot.
