The often have the word "audible" next to Waiting on the tracklist. Does anyone know why? ?

At this point in the setlist, Billie Joe has the option to "call an audible" if he feels like it - that is, to play a song at random, probably from a predetermined short list of songs that band is familiar with. However, on occasion, Billie will call some really random shit; for example, "Oh Love" at 2022 Metro or "I Was There" at 2019 Madrid.
