Notes

Jon Ginoli: "Backstage at Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee, July 1994. Billie Joe and I plotted to take some incriminating photos, but my camera ran out of film, and the moment passed. A problem you'd never have today."
Cal Roach: "Green Day played the Eagles Ballroom the year before with Pansy Division and Billie got pissed about an aggressive security guy and started yelling at him in the middle of a song, threw his mic stand at the guy and stormed offstage."
