It looks like some more tour dates have rolled out. Live Nation, which is a very good and reliable source of information, has several dates listed in the eastern United States. It was also confirmed on AFI's site, who will be supporting the band for these dates. Prices haven't been listed yet, but tickets usually range at $50 - $70. That should give you a rough estimate on how much you'll need.
