Green Day during their Billboard cover shoot.
The press release stated the following:
"Music from GRAMMY Award winner Green Day will be featured in the fourth episode of the season in which Lindsay (Anna Belknap) is injured when a political candidate is shot. Action sequences will be narrated by songs from Green Day's forthcoming albums ¡UNO!, ¡DOS! and ¡TRE!"
The new season of CSI New York premieres in September and the episode that will feature Green Day's music will air on October 19th. We'll be sure to post something else before the show airs so you don't miss it!
Already it looks like the promotion for Green Day's trilogy will be one hundred times better than what we saw from 21st Century Breakdown. We can already see that Warner isn't going to be slacking in the promotion department this time around and if everyones cards are played right Green Day has the chance to take over the world one more time.
