No Trilogy this last show but Youngblood lol  Not played since 2017. I thought it was good riddance to Youngblood and was ok with never hearing it again. So glad when they stopped playing it during every show. Revolution Radio as a record felt like a stepping stone to Green Days evolution to better things. I like a lot of Rev Rad but Youngblood sounds like a forced addition the rest of the album is way better.

I thought the same and, if I'm not mistaken, I think Youngblood it's an older leftover song (probably Warning era) that they had. I think that they like the song and they include it on the album but in my opinion it didn't fit so well

Billie has stated in the past that Youngblood was written during the 21CB tour (most likely alongside Dreamcatcher, Stay The Night, Lazy Bones?, Stray Heart?, & Olivia) but its been my belief ever since AI20 came out that it was a rewrite of Too Young (alongside Lazy Bones's chorus+Novacaine's verses being Sleepyhead)

This makes so much sense! It really has Trilogy vibes. It also has one of my least favorite lines in any Green Day song ("I wanna hold you like a gun, we'll shoot the moon into the sun" ??? ?). Definitely in my bottom two songs for RevRad. Not gonna lie though, I'd still would have loved to hear it live though.
