Tilly's, an apparel retailer, is holding a Green Day contest. One winner will receive a two-day trip for two to Hollywood, CA, where they will meet Green Day on the set of their next music video. Unfortunately for some, this contest is open to US residents only. You must be 13 or older to enter.
It is unknown which music video this will be. Maybe it will be for another single from ¡Dos!, or maybe a leading single for ¡Tré!. Keep in mind that "The Forgotten" wasn't officially released as a Green Day single, but just for the Twilight movie soundtrack. Either way, the band would have to come out of their recent hiatus to shoot the video.
The next contest has been brought on by GreenDay.com. Readers are encouraged to produce something creative (could be anything -- a graphic, poster, banner, blog, review, song, etc.) that helps promote ¡Dos!. Next Tuesday, November 20th, Mike Dirnt will pick his favorite entry, and "follow" their Instagram account for a month. Then, in December, the same contest will be held again (but for ¡Tré!), and Mike will pick and "follow" one more winner for another month.
