  • Adam: "I've been a fan since I got American Idiot aged 9 for Christmas in 2004 - that album changed my life and I was hooked. Green Day have been a part of my life since. Their music got me through the highs and lows of life. It's been a bucket list dream of mine to visit Oakland and the Bay Area for many years to see the place they grew up and that shaped their music. Them announcing a headline slot at Bottle Rock perfectly aligned with my availability to make the travel - it was inspiring to see them play so close to home. I've seen Green Day a bunch of times over the years, but Bottle Rock was a super special place to see them stateside for the first time. The highlight was seeing them play 2000 Light Years Away for the first time! I'm extremely thankful to have seen the people upfront that shaped my life and were so impactful for me, I'll cherish these memories forever and would do it all again in a heartbeat!"

  • Sarah: "I was first a Green Day fan in 2005 when American Idiot grabbed my attention. Whilst on a trip to the US I found myself picking up the entire back catalogue on CD and devoured it all. Life carried on and I was just a casual fan and fell out of fandom as such, until 2024, when my amazing friend Jenn suggested I come along to the Saviors tour at Wembley. That relit the flame - I came home from that show and lived Green Day. Rediscovered the back catalogue, watched all the videos, interviews and documentaries. Anything I could find. I added 2 more Savior shows, flying out from the UK to both Cincinnati and Seattle, thinking that would be my only chance for more live shows. Then Bottle Rock popped up. I caved instantly and experienced my first camp out and barricade. No looking back now. No regrets on the 1am start even though it came with zero sleep. I'd do it all again. It's been a hard 2 years and Green Day have 100% been one of the joys I've rediscovered that have helped me work through things. Words can't describe how much I owe them, nor the people they've brought into my life."

I think it's just a festival setlist. In Europe I think we'll see a similar setlist as in Asia early this year

Yes, I think and hope that, too.
Just saw the video Mike and Tre shared of the sign language interpreter during the show. Pretty cool
