Not gonna lie, I'm a bit jealous that I wasn't there for Brat, I love that song. But I'm with you on the love for Insomniac being played beyond Brain Stew and Jaded. I've said so many times that I wished for them to show some love to that album this year, with it being its 30th anniversary. I feel they are low key doing that, without making a big fuss about it I hope they keep two songs rotating though, rather than Fuck Off staying in the setlist as a replacement for one of the rotating songs. Also, hope you're feeling better for Tons !
Manifesting that they'll play it at a show you're going to. ? Insomniac is my favorite album so I'm all for more tracks and love for the album. 86 was really fun too! I agree. Fuck off was the only song I didn't know from their set ? and it isn't something special so hope they keep changing it up for us. ? Thank you! ? It looks like the weather will be better for tomorrow (it's pretty decent today ?). I haven't been to Tons before but I can imagine it being a little chaotic with the shuttlebuses. I'm in no rush so as long as I get there it will be fine. ?

Glad I ended up bringing my rain coat, even though it got a bit humid and gross after a while. ? The crowd was very active and that was really fun, but I was a bit surprised by how crowdy it was; I was maybe 15 rows or so from the stage if not more but it was still hardly any room to move. Met some lovely people but also had a guy standing next to me who was so drunk (honestly can't believe he was able to stand on his legs) who made the waiting in between the last sets quite unpleasant. LOVED that they played Brat. I've been listening to it a lot lately so it was such a pleasant surprise. It's such a fun song and they should play it more often!! One thing I didn't like was when Billie encouraged the crowd to film during Good Riddance. Didn't see that many phones (compared to other shows I've attended) during the rest of the set and when so many actually did as he said it ruined the ending a bit for me. Has he done so at other shows as well? Hope it was a one time thing.

Not as far as I know. He did say it was something he doesn't usually do. Maybe he tried to change it up since we were standing in the rain all day? Tbh, I thought he was kidding with the hand gesture he made at the end. I thought it meant done/close it down. But inbetween my contacts moving around and the damn rainponcho after god knows how many hours who knows. ?  I'm sorry you had a drunk guy next to you.? I saw the guards carrying out a man because he was so drunk. Don't understand why people like that bother going to shows.

It was really good vibes and hearing Brat was really cool. Also Fuck Off worked live better. I thought the rain during the concert played into it in a weird way, It was also lovely to get Hitchin A Ride back. This was easily my favourite Green Day concert I've been to, maybe not setlist wise, but the vibes.
