Tomorrow is the big day, tickets for US/Canada shows start going on sale, most around 9 or 10AM (local time for each venue). The venues will be listed on TicketMaster. Don't worry if you're venue isn't listed yet, it should be added a couple hours (or so) before they go on sale. Tomorrow is also the big day for 'the leak'. Vh1 and Rhapsody will be streaming the new album in it's entirety tomorrow. So it's our first chance to listen to the full thing. Rhapsody has a commercial going for the promotion, which you can view here. It's great, keep an eye out for all the different references to Green Day.
