[img=021111_musical.jpg] Green Day fans across the United States will finally get a chance to see the musical, even if they can't make it to New York to see the production. An announcement this morning on Playbill.com mentioned a casting call that announces that rehearsals will start this summer and the tour expected to start in the fall.

There are no dates or cities announced yet - and for our international visitors, no announcement (yet) about whether the show will travel overseas at some point. But this is a good start, at least there's a possibility for more Green Day fans to check out the show.
