I received a phone call in January and was asked by Billie [Joe Armstrong] if I would like to fill in for him as the role of St. Jimmy in 'American Idiot' starting March 1 on Broadway. It was really, really thrilling. I was awestruck, just completely astounded and I couldn't believe it. To be on Broadway is something that I've dreamt about since I was very, very young. It was something that I spoke about wanting to do since I was very young and it was also something that I never ever thought could be possible with the decisions I've made in my life. So, to receive that call was really mind-blowing.
