I came across this bootleg video from 1992 and thought i'd share it. It's a pretty good quality recording of the trio playing 2,000 Light Years Away and Only of You back when Green Day were on Lookout! Records.

It's great looking back at the band performing with much of the same style and vigour that we see in today's live shows. Judging by the crowd crammed into the venue, it was around the time Green Day were on the cusp of breaking in to the mainstream, which of course they would soon do with their album Dookie.
