New Found Glory covers Green Day's "Basket Case" each night of their "Pop Punks Not Dead Tour"

It has been no secret that New Found Glory's latest release, Radiosurgery has been heavily influenced by Green Day and during the band's encore every night on their "Pop Punks Not Dead Tour" New Found Glory has covered Green Day's "Basket Case".

At the start of October, Tony posted a video of New Found Glory talking about how they listened to a lot of Green Day's older material and were greatly influenced by it when making their new album.

This isn't the first time that New Found Glory has shown their love of Green Day, back in 2008 New Found Glory played a whole set of Green Day songs at the Hoodwinked Festival in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
