iHeartRadio interviews Green Day about festival and new albums

Green Day recently sat down with iHeartRadio to talk about them playing the iHeartRadio festival, the new albums, and how they approach playing small shows versus large shows. The interview can be viewed below.
Green Day are playing the iHeartRadio Festival in Las Vegas on September 21st. As we posted about yesterday, the CW is going to air the performance on October 1st.
What we like to do is create intimacy. It's easier to have intimacy when you're playing in a small place. It's harder to have intimacy when you're playing in a big place. But, when you achieve that, which we tend to have a knack for doing, it's pretty phenomenal.
