At this point, we aren't sure whether this is a US-only single, or who specifically can download it.

This is quite a surprise, since we heard NOTHING about this in the past few days! Maybe this was the second US single that was included in the Ultimate Box Set preorder information. Or maybe Green Day just said "Fuck it, here's another one." Either way.....the studio version sounds brilliant.
