Today we have a #ThrowbackThursday that is very special to me, in a few hours I will be graduating high school so I decided to make this week's throwback one of my first memories of Green Day. Back in the fifth grade I would go over my friend Sean's house and he would burn me CD's with Green Day's music on it and we would watch music videos on MTV.com since he had "high speed" internet when I was still on dialup.

The first music video we ever watched together was "American Idiot" and right after that we watched the making of the video. Since Green Day has played such a huge part in my middle and high school years I thought this would be a fitting video for today.
