Green Day was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall last month (here's a trailer for the ceremony which will air on HBO later this month). During the ceremony they performed "American Idiot", "When I Come Around", and "Basket Case". I'm a little surprised they didn't pick something off another album besides Dookie and American Idiot - though I guess it makes sense seeing as those were the biggest albums commercially.

I wanted to see what the fans thought, so we decided to start something new here called "Ask The Idiots" where we invite some commentary from you guys. We'll highlight some of our favorite comments as they come in. So to start us off, what three songs do you think best summarize Green Day's 29 year career? Leave your suggestion in the comments and why you picked those.
