Green Day to play on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' next week

Green Day this morning have officially confirmed that they are set to be a musical guest on an upcoming episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
The band's performance of "Still Breathing" (yay!) will air this upcoming Tuesday, December 13th. Check your local TV listings for the network and time the episode will air in your area, or click here to find out.
This will be the band's first time playing on Ellen. They were scheduled to play in 2012 but the performance was part of a string of appearances that were cancelled. It's great to see the band is heading back to the show.
