A few months ago, Green Day casually mentioned working on a new American Idiot documentary to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Well, it seems we may actually get the documentary sooner than we expected!
themoviedb.org seemingly confirmed the documentary titled Green Day: 20 Years of American Idiot that will be released on Friday, September 20th with a runtime of 1 hour and 50 minutes.
The synopsis reads: "A celebration of the 20th anniversary of the punk band's bestselling and award-winning seventh studio album."
Is this actually the release date? We'll just have to wait for more updates.
