Green Day have announced a surprise show at the 3,000-capacity Yaamava' Theater in San Bernardino on 30 September, two days after the Ohana Festival in Dana Point. It's an all seated venue.

The presale starts tomorrow at 10AM PST. There'll be a general sale on Friday 30 May at 10AM PST.

Pretty exciting, right?! Anyone considering going? Discuss it with other fans on the Green Day Community forum.

New here, and have a question about this show. I bought a ticket on pre-sale (definitely a splurge) thinking the smaller venue would be great, and it was closer for me than the rest of the remaining shows. Later I started seeing the comments that it might not be very good. It looks like most of the tickets have  sold. Part of the fun of concerts is the energy of other fans who also love the music. So I’m wondering if there will be actual fans there?
I was wondering why this wasn't sold out.  1,500 for tickets.  Wow!

Some of the European fans I've meet in the queues for Green Day shows are actually traveling to the US to attend this show. I'm sure there are also some hardcore fans in the US attending this, because it's an unique opportunity to see them in such a small venue. So yes, I think there will be actual fans there and there will still be a fun energy to the show! It will maybe just be more of a mixed bag of attendees than other similarly small shows they have done recently-ish.

You’re right, it was a fun energy! People I met in line and people that were sitting around me were true fans and really into the show! Every time I looked around the theater, it seemed like most people were singing along and having a blast!
