[newsImage]111709_jet.jpg[/newsImage]JET is set to support Green Day for their upcoming Australian tour dates (December 4 - December 15). This comes from JET's official site.

Green Day is currently back in the US, getting little to no break time between the tours. As we [turl=http://www.greendayauthority.com/news/93/]posted earlier[/turl], the band is heading to the studio to record '21 Guns' with the cast of the American Idiot Musical, then they're [turl=http://www.greendayauthority.com/news/70/]off to play[/turl] the American Music Awards this Sunday (Nov. 22nd) [turl=http://www.greendayauthority.com/news/84/]followed by[/turl] a free, live "mini concert" in Los Angeles.

As far as we know, JET is only supporting for the Australian dates, not New Zealand. After the shows in New Zealand, the band will get another break around the Christmas holidays till they get ready to launch the tour in Asia, starting January 12th.
