Green Day played The Fillmore in San Francisco last night in support of the Right Here Right Now Global Climate Alliance. Yes, that is where Billie Joe drop kicked that guy back in 1997. It's also where he saw The Replacements, one of his favourite bands, when he was 15. There was no drop kicking at this show, but Green Day did play American Idiot and Saviors in full, and before the show Billie Joe gave fans a virtual tour of the venue on Instagram.
