Adam Flowers: "...You saw Green Day OPEN for someone at the 3rd and B Teen Center and left because they were lame."
Nathaniel Berg: "This is the one where Green Day was unhappy that we got only $60 so they kicked in an extra $100 because we drove from Fresno. We also showed up late on purpose, so we could go on stage 2nd instead of open. Those wacky Sharon Tate guys."
Anthony Lew: "... Green Day played the Davis Teen Center at least a couple of times before 1992. (Davis is a small college town 20 minutes west of Sacramento.) This amazing show featured Green Day, Jawbreaker, Thatcher on Acid (UK), Cringer, Murder Girls, and Sharon Tate on 9/14/1991. Green Day, Thatcher on Acid, and Cringer played the night before (9/13) at Gilman, and someone handed me this flyer at the show. Same amazing bill plus Jawbreaker? Holy fuck! We had to go. The next day, my friends and I carpooled out to Davis (about 70 mins away) to see this show, the first time I ever went to a show in Davis."
