Currently up for grabs on eBay is a promotional poster from the release of International Superhits that was signed by the whole band. Album promo posters alone aren't very easy to get ahold of, unless, of course, you pry one from the wall of your local record store. This one is almost 15 years old, and autographed, even.

The poster is 1 wide by 2 feet tall, so decent-sized. The artwork looks great, and, apart from a few creases, it looks to be in good enough shape. I've seen quite a few Green Day signatures throughout my periodic scouring of eBay (and own more than a few examples), and I'm almost 100% positive that these are the real deal.
