Fitting in with the diverse musical styles exhibited by the band on this album, this track has a calm, surf-rock feel to it. It is instrumental, so there are no lyrics. However, the song exemplifies the fact that "Nimrod" was a huge leap of faith, in terms of Green Day's style. They showed that they could do different things, and do them well, too.
