Moments ago, Green Day uploaded another studio update to their YouTube channel. In this video we see Billie Joe in the vocal booth joking around with producer Rob Cavallo and engineer Chris Dugan. This video is one of the more exciting videos that we have gotten since the video that announced the trilogy of albums ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tre!.

There are a few parts of the video that are pretty noteworthy. First being that vocals are usually recorded last meaning that most of the recording is finished. Second is that around the 10 second mark there is a flash on the three boards that are blacked out in the background. We're trying to see if there is some information that is revealed during the flash. Here is a screen shot of that "flash." Lastly, at the very end of the video at the 27 second mark we hear apart of a new song, "Oh Love" that we first heard played at the secret show in Austin last November.

Looking to catch up on all of the studio updates released to date? You can see a list of all the videos on this page.
