[pic=Breaking Dawn, Pt. II soundtrack]100912_twilight.jpg[/pic]According to Hollywood Reporter, the first single off the new Twilight soundtrack, Breaking Dawn, Pt. II, will be Green Day's "The Forgotten."

The lead single will be released October 23rd to digital retailers, such as iTunes and Amazon. That's only two weeks away!

As we reported a few days ago, "The Forgotten" will be included on the soundtrack, but we weren't sure if we'd have to wait until the November 13th release date to hear it.

"The Forgotten" is a track which will be included on ¡Tré!, the finale of Green Day's ¡Uno! ¡Dos! ¡Tré! trilogy, out January 15th.
